Dr. Nye and his staff are wonderful to deal with. Scheduling is easy, you'll be seen in a timely manner, and they are flexible if you need to reschedule. I was suffering from a heart condition and my Cardiologist referred me for a sleep study with Dr. Nye, who diagnosed a sleep apnea condition. I was averaging 58 episodes of apnea per hour and my blood oxygen saturation had dipped into the 60 percents while sleeping. Dr. Nye prescribed a CPAP, set it up for me, and helped me select the right mask setup that works great for me to sleep. After several months of sleeping well for a change, and now averaging just 0.3 episodes of apnea per hour, a follow-up echo-cardiogram showed that my heart had healed and is now normal. I feel like a completely different person, and am grateful to my Cardiologist and the excellent care provided by Dr. Nye!

Thanks to Dr Nye for saving my life. I had no idea how bad my Obstructive Sleep Apnea was until he properly diagnosed my problem. Now I feel like a new man. I sleep better. I visited Dr. Nye recently regarding my Central Sleep Apnea diagnosis, which was initially made at Jupeter Sleep Center. Aware of Dr. Nye's stellar reputation, I sought his expertise. The process was seamless; his staff, incredibly responsive and compassionate, scheduled me promptly for Feb 7th after my call on Feb 3rd. I travelled 90 minutes to see him and it was well worth the travel. Upon reviewing my sleep study summary, Dr. Nye meticulously analyzed the data, noting discrepancies. He patiently explained the terminology and findings, ultimately concluding that I had been misdiagnosed with Central Sleep Apnea. Instead, he addressed my insomnia concerns with a tailored bedtime routine, providing thorough explanations and ample time for questions. Dr. Nye's professionalism and dedication left a lasting impression, and I wholeheartedly endorse him for any sleep-related issues.

Dr. Nye is extremely knowledgeable about the dangers of sleep apnea and how to test for and treat it. Dr. Nye's staff made it so easy to do an at home sleep test, and the Dr. explained the results very clearly and even gave a comprehensive print out that I can understand. I really appreciated the amount of time the Dr. took with me to answer questions. The location is convenient near the Vero Beach Hospital and the office is clean, crisp and decorated with a breezy Florida feel that makes you comfortable while you wait to see the Dr. I only had to wait 3 minutes. I did not realize sleep apnea could contribute to heart disease, stroke and other medical problems so I am so glad that I had this test done and interpreted by Dr Nye. They also have a range of state of the art CPAP machines and masks to select from and follow up to monitor and adjust the machines as necessary. About as nice an experience as you can have at a Dr.'s office.
