I have met twice with Dr. Singletary in the Venice office and it was a wonderful experience! He explains things extremely well and listens to my concerns and addresses all of them. He expedited the scheduling of two procedures. I was called by the staff within two days With all of the information I needed for tests prior to the procedures, the prescriptions for blood tests, even the addresses for where I could get the blood blood test done. They also included detailed information of what to expect before during an after the procedures. It was totally an A+ experience

The Dr.is fine the office staff not so much. Twice in a year I arrived for my appointment. Both time I brought the card made out by the recptionpist with the proper date. Twice the ridiculous the most ridiculous women said I wasn't on the schedule. Allegedly she spoke with the Dr. and he said basically too bad. I traveled from Nort Port to his Venice for nothing. In fact I think she was amused with my predicament. Word to the wise my friends, word to the wise.

I have been waiting 10 days for my stress test results and had difficulty reaching the office, as calls were repeatedly answered by an automated service. When I finally spoke with Dr. Singletary's nurse Cindy her response was unprofessional and dismissive--she told me that if I wasn't happy with the cardiologist svc I should return to my previous one, then abruptly hung up on me. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice. I hope the office addresses this issue to ensure respectful and professional communication with patients. I understand that medical offices can be busy; however, I believe that all patients deserve respectful and helpful communication. I hope that you will address this matter to ensure future patients are treated appropriately.

We were we impressed by the amount of time Dr. LIma spent with my husband. No rushing through the appt. Answered our questions and explained the steps of care.

This is an exceptional group of doctors and their support staff. My mother has been seeing them for over 15 years and has always been treated with kindness and understanding. Complicated and quite frankly scary stuff has always be explained in terms we could understand. I would highly recommend and the Venice location is very conveniently located.
