Had two recent visits w/ ARNP Praxides and received excellent care and follow-up. She has great bedside manner and sense of humor. Also med tech Maggie Flatt is very welcoming and personable. Maggie managed to get my prescriptions and CT referral through a crowded system after an initial delay...she's wonderful! Together, they make a great team!!
My welcome call with Nurse Susan was great! We went over my health history, medications, supplements, and any concerns I might have for my first doctor's appointment in early January. I have been impressed by all the caring people both my Husband and I have come into contact with as we start our healthcare journey through The Villages Health. Please thank everyone from the check in/out team, the team giving us a tour, those great folks who explained all the health plans, and the community, and the Nurse contact in person and via phone. It is comforting to know that we can be seen at one of the locations if something unexpected happens. Appointments are even available on the weekends. None of the locations are that far away. Anna Marie is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, relational, and has excellent communication skills. She explains things in a very understandable way, taking time to ensure the patient has a firm grasp of their health report. Keeping her eye on past reports, any changes, etc, she evokes confidence in the process. What a gem she is!!
Quickly got an appt within 3hrs of calling. Office visit on time and was Dr S. Z Ojha was very caring and met all of my concerns. She is very caring and always meets all my needs and concerns. I am so thankful to Have her as my doctor for over 6 yrs now. Sheila Macleod
Dr. Nyugen, her nurse Jen saw me today and I couldn't be more grateful for their care, compassion and understanding of my medical issues. Dr. Nyugen has been my PCP for 10 years. She never disappoints. She is attentive and goes the extra mile showing compassionate care and kindness. Also, I should mention, the reception area folks are wonderful and always have a smile for you.
