These people are the real deal, I know better than to write a long review, no one will read it. No exclusions, they are all so good, from the front desk to the big guy himself, all beyond reproach. Dr Parente took so much time with me I was feeling guilty for keeping his other patients waiting. Little did I know I was his last patient for the day. In reading some of the other reviews I can see I was not getting a special treatment at all he does this with all his patients. Wow! I was blown away. I believe you will be too.

I came here last week, and had a wonderful experience. The office staff are all very sweet, understanding, helpful, and answered any questions I had. Dr. Parente is really thorough in explaining the heart's functions, why things happen the way they do, etc. and is great with recommendations. He's also very funny! The office is clean, and has a spectacular view of the lake. As soon as you walk in, you can see it from the waiting room. I've been to a few doctors offices over this way, but this office definitely has the best view. Great experience all the way around, and I highly recommend Dr. Parente and staff.

This review is actually about his office staff, particularly Amy. I have been to numerous doctor's offices over the years and have also read many reviews that praise the doctor, but have difficulties with the office staff. I wanted thank Amy because there was a mixup with our insurance and we were over billed. Amy was excellent at handling it in a professional and courteous manner.
