Over the years, the professionalism has diminished significantly. Furthermore, this office refused to refill a mental health medication I've been on long-term since childbirth postpartum simply due to my seeing a women's specialist recently; which forcing a patient to abruptly stop such medication is unethical and downright dangerous. Aside from that, Dr. Macris consistently makes his political stances known but also incorporates this into patient care and bedside manner, which is also highly inappropriate and just plain strange. Most of all, leaving a patient scrambling for alternate medical care or treatment advice under these circumstances is wrong.

I went to Dr.Macris for several years. He was one of the best Doctors I've ever had but was influenced by his assistant to Not give me meds.. I was taking So he sends me to Pain management..This Doctors nurse gives me 2 vials of a nausea.drug that caused my heart rate to go to 160.and jumped around Long story short. a yr Later I have heart surgery. To fix my heart. Artithmmia from Reglan. I stuck I a triangle of doctors that don't discuss anything With me Just take test and don't really discuss what's going on..Years later I wish I could go back and talk to him but I see things aren't much better. so I'll go north Instead of South.He is thorough and explains things But my back is still in Terrible pain everyday! Thank God for ice.Theyare afraid Of Drug enforcement .I wasn't taking enough to worry about.almost cost me my life Just had echo.Heart not strong as it was cause physicist Killed cells but at least my heart rate id 63.

This place is a nitemare.and i would not recommend anyone to this place. The nurse is so rude and had me in tears also doctor twice made me cry.. been going here since Nov 2024 yesterday was to be last visit. I've been on pain medication since 2020 they are not putting it through also refuses to send to new pharmacy same cvs different location and they know I wi have to drive 180 miles round trip and I have called on call dr. 7 times still no medication I soon will be very sick..

I really don't understand all these negative reviews. Dr Macris an excellent doctor. He paid attention to me always gave me good advice and treatments. And the office was never dirty or smelly. It's not fancy but it's comfortable. I recently moved out of state and Dr. Macris will be hard to replace.

In the years that I have been visiting this office I have seen the degree of decline in respect, good service and cleanliness of the place. The lack of respect for the client and their caregivers on the part of the doctor's assistant, who yells and rudely orders the patients to shut up if they ask questions. It is incredible that the doctor hears perfectly the way this person behaves and does not intervene to get her attention and end the lack of respect At the rate that these health workers are conducting their business, they will end up with very few patients or an investigation may lead to the discovery of poor or malpractice and lack of care for people who need their attention. Unfortunately there is no score lower than one star to measure their work as health representatives.
