TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track (Carrollwood)

I scheduled my appointment on MyChart App, answered the pre-service questions about my symptoms and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The medical staff were all professional and kind, answering all my questions and concerns. My visit from walk-in to check-out was altogether less than an hour, and I received the care and testing I needed to feel comfortable to go back to work. 10/10 - I highly recommend TGH Urgent Care at Carrollwood!

All the staff were friendly and polite. The service was excellent and the doctor amazing! The only thing that we had to wait longer than expected because they had a patient with a serious problem and the ambulance came to pick her up. Other than that it was a good experience and will recommend it and will go back if I need to. Good team work!

Awful experience with extremely rude staff, especially at the front desk. I called at 7:25 to ask whether I could still come in due to severe pain, and I was told to come. When I arrived ten minutes later, the front desk woman was immediately rude, making uncomfortable comments and offering no help with signing in--almost trying to push me to leave. Despite having visited multiple times before, they claimed I wasn't in the system. While I was filling out paperwork, the nurse came out and told me I would "probably be more comfortable with a man," even though I never expressed any preference--I was simply in pain and needed care. Moments later, both the nurse and the front desk suddenly said the system was "closed" and told me to go to Walgreens for medication. They even asked me not to leave a bad review on the way out. If I was treated kindly, I would have never left a review and went back in the morning. Overall, extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I started my day at this facility and unfortunately was experiencing something that required hospital admission, but I am writing this review because the people at this facility (reception, nursing and practitioner) were all kind and thorough. They made the entire ordeal bearable. The PA Miranda in particular made me feel at ease and took my pain and condition seriously. It was clear my well being was her priority and at no point did I feel rushed or that her attention was elsewhere. With her encouragement I went to the hospital even though she was happy to help prepare transportation for me. Thank you so much. It was critical and if I hadn't been taken seriously and treated with empathy I may not have gone. The team here is great.

Came here to get the girls school physical we did make an appointment online. We were taken back fairly quickly. All the staff was amazing. The PA Cayle was amazing and the most thorough physical we ever been through. She was kind and had great bedside manner. Good with parents as well as kids. We hope she's there next year Or throughout the year if we ever need urgent care. If not, we would love to know where she goes so we could follow her!
