Dr. Armando NP is absolutely the best! I have bulging discs and A herniated one.He let me know exactly what to do and what not to do. I've been searching for answers for months, and he gave me the answer in minutes. I Love Sanitas because The doctors care and I am more than a number to them. Thank you Dr Armando!!!!

I recently had my first visit at Sanitas Medical Center, was nervous beforehand since I haven't seen a doctor in a long time, but the staff from the front desk, to the medical assistant to the Dr were all amazing, very kind and so helpful. I enjoyed my time there, thank you for making my appointment a great experience!

By far the best medical office in North West Tampa. The doctors and staff are very patient serviceable. They pay attention to your health concerns and explain everything to you the patient. Highly recommend.

Love My Doctor Armando Diaz Duque and all the staff. Nurses!! Dr Armando takes his time with you. Explains everything throughly. He has helped me with treatments. Solutions to my medical needs. Not just prescriptions but also alternative Solutions such as vitamins etc. Dr Armando really listens to you and also gives great advice . He's been the only doctor to EVER to get it right . Also the staff, nurses are all amazing!

Very disappointed by the medical "care." My husband has bipolar disorder and descended into mania because of Isaura Medina's refusal to give him a refill of ANTIPSYCHOTIC medication that he had been on 10+ years. He apparently was told he had to see a psychiatrist and was given a referral, however the psychiatrist was so booked out he was not able to get an appointment prior to needing a refill, leading to him trying to wait a month unmedicated. Here's the fun thing about bipolar people: when they're manic they feel great and don't want to take their medication. Hence the importance of making sure they stay on it. Frankly I find it EXTREMELY irresponsible to deny a refill to someone who has been stable on the same antipsychotic medication for a decade, when it is out of his control that the referred psychiatrist is booked out for months. This isn't a "fun" pill that someone is drug seeking for. When I tried to advocate for him during his mental health crisis and get him an appointment with her for a refill, the office scheduled me a same-day appointment, then suddenly it was canceled last minute because "the provider didn't show up." Believable? Not really. I'm inclined to believe she canceled the appointment. Needless to say, I ended up spending hundreds of dollars taking my husband to the emergency room as our only way to get him an emergency refill of his medication before his manic episode imploded his life. Within hours of taking his medication he was able to sleep and was back to feeling stable by the next day. Absolute SHAME on Isaura Medina and any provider who thinks that denying that refill was the correct and compassionate plan of action. I do not recommend this facility or this doctor to anyone who has a serious health condition that needs compassionate care.
