Dr seems caring, maybe pushing salt capsules on everyone, not sure but was very weird the assistant had the paperwork to give us about the need for the salt walking into the appointment having never met us. The practice is run poorly. Have been twice in the last month and had bad experiences with the office staff both times. We will not be returning.

The one star is for the Dr who we absolutely love and who is so good with kids and deserves more . But the front office staff are some of the most inept, frustrating individuals I've ever come across in my life. Debating switching cardiologists simply so we don't have to deal with the front office here.

I love Dr. Ballal. What a great experience! Knowledgeable, professional and caring. I haven't seen a Doctor like this in a very long time. He went to the roots of the symptoms. Thank you, Dr Ballard.

Dr.Ballal and his staff are amazing! I even witnessed a mother very upset because she was in a rush to go to another appointment the same day she had this appointment, like why would you even make two appointments that close to eachother? Anyways I say that because they still remained very professional to that very rude mother! They were the sweetest and most helpful people I have encountered in a doctors office. I noticed there's not too many staff which is probably why some calls go unanswered but they do always return calls. I'm not sure but I love them and I would 100% recommend them to others. Although my son was discharged, we would return if we needed him again.

It upsetting to have to write a review like this. Dr. Ballal is very nice but his staff can't get it together. They simply can not send over a prescription over to the pharmacy. My daughter started to run low on meds so the pharmacy called for a refill. They couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called no answer. Finally on a Monday before the hurricane they said they will send it. Called again the next day because they never sent it. Got ahold of someone else. She said the doctor will sign it and send it over. Nothing. Finally my daughter ran out of her meds. Called a few times nothing. On a Friday almost two weeks later, I called five more times and got Millie. She promised the lady was going to send it out and SHE WOULD call me back. Guess what, nothing. Called the overnight number to talk to an on call doctor but nothing. No call back no meds. So if you have a child that needs medication, your better off not going here. I'm looking for a new place to care for my child. I understand that they can care less about who their patients are but this is my child.
