Kenneth Yamamura, MD is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. Dr Yamamura completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia before attending the University of Miami's School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society. Dr Yamamura continued with post-graduate studies at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. While there, he completed his internship, residency, and Cardiology fellowship before completing a specialized fellowship in Clinical cardiac Electrophysiology.

On Sep.03, 2025 Dr. Yamamura performed a combined ablation for my symptomatic atrial fibrillation and flutter. The procedure was originally scheduled for Nov.17 (5-month waiting list) but Dr. Yamamura found a way to perform it two months earlier (I was feeling really bad). Everything went great...! Dr. Yamamura is an outstanding electrophysiologist and an exquisite person; five stars are not enough - really glad of having found him and his team.
Dr. Yamamura and his staff explain everything thoroughly and try their best to respond same day to questions or concerns. I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work.
