I wouldn't recommend you to come here. Dr. Cohen is amazing that's why I am giving it 2 stars. However, their clinical staff ( receptionist, office manager, billing) are Incompetent & soooo Unprofessional.The 1st day I noticed that they were making fun of a patient with disabilities which was the 1st red flag. I should've walked out. These people don't care about you at ALL. I had to get some studies done, but since their imaging services are not in network with my insurance I had to get referrals to get everything done somewhere else. However, the issued referrals were for USF USE ONLY with the wrong diagnosis which resulted in crazy delays due to my insurance denying the test because of insufficient physician documentation. I called them to submit an appeal and have them send the correct documentation, but it was "too late" to do so since they notified me about all this after the allowed appealing timeframe. On top of that they take forever to answer the phone since they use an AI assistant that is just as dumb as the staff . I ended up going somewhere else. RUN from this place!
