My wife and I recently underwent the first of two endovenous ablation procedures performed by Dr. Thomas M. Kerr and his outstanding team, Christian A. and Destiny G. From our initial consultation and through the procedure, we experienced unparalleled professionalism and care. The team's expertise, compassion, and attention to detail ensured our comfort and confidence throughout the process. Notably, the procedure was swift and virtually painless. It is also notable to point out that we both experienced minimal discomfort throughout our procedures. The is my second vein surgery with Dr Kerr. Both he and his surgical assistants, Gabriel and Destiny, were wonderful and so professional. They were extremely reassuring and concerned about how I was feeling both during and after my surgery. Dr Kerr even gave me his cell number in case I had any complications. I would highly recommend Dr Kerr to anyone looking for an outstanding vein surgeon.

My first impression of a good doctor is their personality. Dr. Kerr was very rude and abrupt criticizing my cardiologist for not checking my veins himself after being in the hospital. I did not care for doctor Kerr no matter his expertise. Looking elsewhere. NO time for questions, no time for preliminary friendliness. I left crying rather than assured he was the right doc to care for my veins. No excuses for lack of kindness.

It's rare to find a Dr & an entire staff with the vibes plus the level of expertise that you find in each one of The Vein and Vascular Institute locations. Everyone knows that normally doctors are too focused on speeding through office visits which is why questions irritate doctors, but I didn't come across that with Dr. Kerr- he takes the time to explain to his patients what they need to understand. The interesting part is that although he's clearly a leading expert in vascular health (I looked him up before I trusted him with my veins- he's got decades of experience), their prices are still the most competitive I was quoted for. I received quotes from about five separate specialty offices and all of them were nearly almost double the price of Dr. Kerr's and their offices haven't been around for nearly as long. I can tell he does it for the love of knowing he's making a difference. It's obvious he's appreciated by many just for the fact that his entire staff appreciate him. They all give off that same level of care and reliability- there are no fake smiles. Shout out to Destiny & Gabe for always being so extremely helpful and reliable. And shout out to Dianne who is the one to convince me to make that first appointment. She told me that I'd be getting superior care with Dr. Kerr, & I really did. There is a reason they keep having to expand and add new locations- quality care get recognized and is sought after. I appreciate you all so much. Coming to see Dr. Kerr for my EVLT was the best decision ever. He did ann excellent job. I always have a great experience with Dr. Kerr and his staff. It doesn't matter if I go to the Waters location or Lutz, always wonderful service. Dr. Kerr's assistants Destiny and Gabriel were awesome! They ensured I comfortable throughout my entire procedure.
