This is a very comforting place in Tampa. I saw much familiarity and the Medical Assistant is very supportive to the physicians and patients. Unlike other places, the Medical Assistant is very knowledgeable. She stays as support to the elderly and I perceived great camaraderie between physicians and "Anne Patricia" (fictitious name)..
She explains the PHQ 9 better than most other nurses or nurse practitioners in Florida, she reconciled prescriptions and took vitals in kindly manner.

This place is very unprofessional and the staff members are very rude and make too many mistakes. I had to wait one month for a follow up appointment on some lab test results that the nurse practitioner recomended I got, when I got there they gave me the wrong test resuts and said I had to re-do the original test again, which I had to wait another 2 weeks. Also after scheduling an appointment, they then called the day before my appointment late in the afternoon living me a voice mail telling me the wrong time for my appointment meaning I had to reschedule again because I couldn't make it. Im seeking to go somewhere else, this kind of clinic has no empathy for patients that are in pain and seek treatment to get better.

Worst place ever ... Because I can't even call him a doctor. They don't speak English and not professional at all . How is he a doctor in the United States but doesn't know English? Also a. nails salon in his office. He wanted to do a Pap smear for physical for her work. WHAT! My daughter is not his patient .. thanks God! She just went because Medicaid sent her. The nurse had to tell him what to do.. really???? Also he made comments about she would be a Latin model and unnecessary comments. IS HE A REAL DOCTOR? ummmmm... Idts

Really bad customer service, the staff on front mock patients behind their backs. They schedule me for an appointment, I showed up and then they asked me to reschedule or to come back next day. After I refused, the dentist told me to wait another hour (on top of the hour I already spent waiting) to see if they have another space because she needed to go eat lunch...at 10am. Overall, really bad staff and customer service.
