Bay Pediatric Cardiology

Dr. Ballal is great. However, it has been months of begging his office staff to send my son's cardiology clearance paper to his pediatrician so my son can finally get the medication he needs.

Dr Ballal is extremely kind and generous. He's the best in Florida. But my concern was with billing team. We have premium family insurance and checked online that they cover this hospital. But when we went there with my daughter, they took an hour to figure out. Two weeks later, we got the whole bill. They said our insurance doesn't cover this treatment. Wasn't that too late to tell us. In their portal it was clear that our insurance company is accepted. This billing team should be trained properly not to play with patients. That was horrible experience. Now I've to pay the bill 100%. I'm sorry Dr. Ballal but it's not about you. I wish someone monitor these billing structure.

Dr. Ballal is extremely thorough and excellent with children . His staff is organized, friendly, and professional . We were in and out of the appointment in an hour (without being rushed) and this included having an echocardiogram and an EKG done on my child who has autism and ADHD (and constantly moves around). It was no problem for the staff . They were patient, kind, and compassionate . We had an awesome experience and will definitely return if we ever need a pediatric cardiologist again .

Dr is great I met him at Florida Hospital, office staff is a different story, I was given the wrong info several times, they had to reschedule and refused to work with me...even after driving 30 min to their office when I was told to go in...just a horrible experience.

Dr. Ballal is unique. An honest and highly skilled cardiologist. I also love the staff!
