I have called numerous times over the last 4 months trying to schedule my second appointment with this office. I have left messages, talked to people who promise that scheduling will call me back in an hour, and I am still waiting to hear back from them six weeks later. I am now looking for a new cardiologist to work with where I might actually be able to make an appointment.
Stay away from bay area cardiology! First of all you cannot get through by phone. Secondly they are very shady all they care about is money. They billed me for service I never gave them permission for. The are reading a loop recorder that they didn't even put in. I never asked them for this. Every person is rude and trys to put blame on everyone else! STAY AWAY!
They don't pick up their phone or return voicemails to schedule an appointment. Very irresponsible for a doctors office.
I was waited fir an hr and a half and decided to leave. It was my first apointment needless to say an hr and half is an unrealistic time to have someone wait.
