My husband and I have belonged to American Care for nearly a year and are very satisfied members. ALL of the staff are not only pleasant a nd courteous , but go above and beyond to assist our needs . We appreciate all staff, especially, Wendy, Dr. Romero, Joseph, Geri, kitchen staff, pharmacy, and drivers.

Great service, all of them including the doctors speak English and Spanish. From the receptionists to the cleaning girls, they are very friendly and attentive. you feel at home. I recommend the clinic 100 percent.

My mother recently became a patient. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had to bring her at 10 PM at night because she was not feeling well. She was seen by a doctor at the clinic and we did not have to go wait at the ER. The doctor was able to review her records. This is a great service. She was treated and they gave her the medications to take home. She saw her doctor the next day there at the clinic. Being able to see a doctor late at night and also getting the medications there was great for her. I highly recommend this clinic and their doctors.

This is my primary care yes I have Medicaid and I have been going to this clinic since I was hospitalized back in March. Every time I go in there has been an issues. They always take patients before me and make me feel like they are more for Spanish than any other race. I have set and watched the difference. Today I'm in for a follow up appointment and the doctor kept taking patients before me Spanish and elderly. I guess I'm supposed to be last because I'm on 36 but I could be having mini strokes. It took them forever to correct my prescription phone calls after phone calls it took them 2 weeks to get it corrected. I'm just going to say if you are not 60 plus or Spanish please switch providers.
