AdventHealth Care Pavilion Westchase

This was my first visit to this office, and I was thoroughly impressed. The pavilion was easy to find, was exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable environment from the moment I walked in. The secretary greeted me with kindness and professionalism. The nurses who cared for me were attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Niaki had already gone over my chart which was so nice not having to tell her about my medical history. We just went over it quickly. She was kindand attentive. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this pavilion to anyone seeking quality healthcare. 10/10 experience

Love everything about this practice! Dr. Berland is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable, attentive and kind! His nurses are very helpful and friendly. The front staff is great as well! My entire family is very thankful for the excellent care we receive.

Always an easy and great experience. Staff is friendly, appointments are on time. Allison Craig always takes time to listen to me and makes me feel seen and heard. Facility is modern and clean. 10 out of 10 recommend

my daughter missed her 15 migrate period and even though we walked in 2 mins after it they had us reschedule for 3pm. my daughter had to be at work at 2:30. they made us wait until 3pm on the dot before they came in to see her. normally it wouldn't bother me but in the waiting room there were 2 appointment that canceled around 2pm there isn't any reason they could see my daughter ahead of time! especially since we were only a few min.s late and they had 2 cancelations.

Dr Niaki provided exceptional care! From the receptionist ( Keyyiana) to the nurse (Latonya) everyone was welcoming and professional! Five stars to this lady's team!
