This is a 5 star medical office! Dr Randall is so kind & professional as is his staff. I recently had a stress test & I was in and out in 1 hour. Diane & Giovanni were awesome & explained each part of the test. A number of the employees have worked there for years, which says a lot about the office. Highly recommend Dr Randall & his team!
I called this place to see if this is the doctor who sees my son because I don't remember the name, and the woman who answered the phone refused to check. My son needs an appointment. How can they have such incompetent people working in a place like this?
Their billing is questionable at best. I saw one of their providers during a hospital visit. More than one month later, I get a text from a third party saying I owe this provider money. Never got a paper statement. No email. Just a text- from a third party that I've never heard of. The third party has a terrible, not-mobile friendly platform which won't let you log in without an account number- which isn't available when you click the link. When I called the provider to inquire- they said 'nobody else has a problem with the service'... and that they don't send paper statements. The 'bill' I received did not show anything beyond a total. No service date, nothing. When asked what the total bill was, and how much insurance covered- she told me to go to my insurance provider's website to find out. If you use these folks, be prepared to go into the abyss when figuring out who and what you owe- and for what.
Exceptional experience. The office is very responsive, polite and efficient. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Organized processes too. I appreciate Dr. Randall and his entire team at Advanced Cardiovascular Center of Tampa Bay for their caring and personal approach.
This facility has been the best one out of all the Cardiovascular facilities my mom has been to with advanced stage of COPD and other heart failure conditions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Mehta and Dr. Randell to anyone.
