6 calls over 6 weeks. No return call . No refund Called office . Gloria says she cannot give a time frame for getting refund.. Scarlett is rude and should never speak with patients. Dr Paz is phenomenal. The billing department is not.

My wife and I have been patients for 20 years, we have referred many friends. This is the ultimate in customer service. It is a family run business. Dr Enrique and Dr George are brothers. They treat you like part of their family. Mrs Paz runs the office, their children are Dr.s. They truly have it figured out. The staff is always friendly and helpful Erica helped me with my insurance. Brian does stress testing I'm sure among many other things, he is wonderful. I hate to write this for fear of people taking my advice, I may not be able to get in there. If you want the most qualified, best service, put your heart in their hands.

Both doctors (They're brothers) are amazing. The BOTH introduced themselves, welcomed me and were very courteous. Doctor George spent A LOT of time with me talking about my medical situation. They actually got me in for the echocardiogram the same day, luckily good news. The staff was also top notch, courtesy, informative and efficient. For once I feel like a have a doctor that ACTUALLY cares about my wellbeing.

Dr Enrique Rodriguez Paz was absolutely amazing. I had to get medical clearance for my Cancer operation, he and his staff put me through multiple tests on short notice and did everything thoroughly.. His ability to get the tests done and have the reports immediately was amazing.. I've never seen a total team effort like this in the medical industry, not only did I deal with Dr Enrique Rodriguez, but at least 5 staff members, all running like a fine tuned machine.. I will be forever grateful... Thank you very much.

After being referred to this physician, I had my visit. Once it was done, I declined having a follow up appointment and never returned. At the time of my appointment, I was not negligent on paying them $406.57 for my visit, but they were double paid by my insurance. When I realized that these people were paid twice, I called them to advise that I would like my refund. It was confirmed that I did have money that needed to be refunded to me and that I would receive a check in the mail. It never came. I just spoke to a representative, who is going to have the Manager, the doctor's wife Mrs. La Paz call me back in reference to the fact that they DO NOT WANT TO PAY ME WHAT THEY OWE ME! They are trying to say that I missed an appointment, which I did not, because at the time they were trying to schedule an appointment, I said NO and never went back. As quickly as I paid out my hard earned money to you, I expect you to refund it to me! ***EDIT*** I got a call this morning telling me, my refund is available.
