Dr. Noel received his Doctorate of Medicine with Research Honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency as well as his Cardiology Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia Campus in Richmond, Virginia. His certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology, and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He currently practices at Southern Medical Group, P.A., and holds privileges at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.

Dr Noel has performed 2 heart caths on my father. On the first one he found 90% blockage in 4 arteries, which resulted in a quadruple bypass done by Dr. Saint (FANTASTIC SURGEON). The second cath was done and all was well. I highly recommend Dr Noel, he has treated my father with respect and kindness. If it wasn't for him finding the blockage, my father wouldn't be here now. My Grandmother has been seeing Dr. Nole for a while. With heart doctors being limited in Tallahassee. We recently found out that my grandmother had a 70% blockage in her one of her arteries. Dr. Nole found about this blockage 6 months ago. Instead of taking action to get the blockage removed, he took the easier route and said it just needed be to watched. My Grandmother recently had a stroke from the blockage and pieces broke off and traveled to her eye and cause blindness. ER doctors stated that she should have had the blockage removed immediately after it was found and the stroke would have been prevented, as well as the eye blindness. It was also during the ER visit we found out that she has a problem with her heart. From her last visit with Dr. Nole he stated that her heart was healthy and he did not see anything wrong. All of this has been very disappointing. We put a lot of trust in the care physicians that my Grandmother sees and it does not seem as though they care as much about her health. As long as they get their money on time. Wish you could pay someone and get the care that you pay for these days. Time to move on
