Our experience in the Pediatric ICU was one we never imagined we would face with our 11-year-old daughter. In the middle of so much fear and uncertainty, every single person we encountered made an incredible difference. The doctors were knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to explain things and treat our daughter with such care. The nursing staff went above and beyond--kind, attentive, and truly uplifting during some of our hardest moments. Even the food service workers and gift shop staff showed genuine kindness and warmth that brought comfort when it was needed most. In a time filled with unknowns, the people in this PICU made an unbearable situation as manageable as it could possibly be. We will never forget the care, professionalism, and humanity shown to our daughter and our family. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you.

I spent from 12/14 through 12/19 starting at the ER. Having way too much fluid around my heart they saved my life. The surgery went well and my recovery is still in progress but I owe them. All the staff was friendly and caring. Couldn't have asked for for more. I will always be grateful.

I'm grateful for what's being provided, even though some aspects could be improved for quality healthcare. I haven't had to go through anything like this with my health to receive specialized services. I don't want to complain, but I see there's a solution to meet every patient's needs and make it convenient to stay close to home. I understand healthcare as a Nursing Assistant. I know the challenges, but I do know that there is always hope. Thank you to everyone at TMH who cared for my children and me. Happy holidays

I recently underwent surgery at TMH M.T. Mustian Center. From arrival to departure, I had an excellent experience. Check-in was efficient, the staff very friendly, and the care top-notch. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the entire surgical staff, from the surgeon and attending nurses to the anesthesiologist. Communication was very good as well, and I felt all my questions were heard and answered in a timely manner. Five stars for this location!

I had my first appointment for a infusion and was nervous as all get out. Once I got there the staff was wonderful. From the time I entered until the time I left everybody was awesome. The nurse was amazing, she made me feel very cared for. I could not have asked for better nurse. I would like to thank the staff that worked 11/17/25.
