O stars Dr. Barry told me wife she's not her babysitter. BP at 230 didn't t want to wait a few minutes for pill to take effect . She needed that room . Wife didn't want to go to hospital I told Dr Barry hoping she would help me talk her into it . I'm not her babysitter. This sound like dr you want ? Out time was up bye bye . Maybe if she had paid attention the previous 2 months when we had went to er for this and told her about it and yet she had no memory or clue or note or nothing and she was doing her job it might not of been a problem .

The reception phone service has gotten better. Dr Dixon and his staff are great and they do refill prescriptions easily. The nurse returns calls. I never have to wait long for my rare visits.

This is about my service from Tiwari. The doctor communicates in harsh, condescending tone. I've been seeing him for about 3 years and this is the visit I will find another doctor. I should have found another doctor when I was not listened to about there being a foreign object in my ear. It took 3 visits and four months for my concern to listened and attended to in the proper way (get a bug out after being told repeatedly it was swimmers ear). However, this is about today. I was told to get labs and I reported to get the labs. The wrong labs were done and somehow it was my fault that the correct labs were not completed. He claims he wants to help people but the way he has communicated with me over the years shows me that he does not care about his delivery. When I had questions he would roll his eyes as I was speaking. I hope others have better experiences with this doctor. There is no clear process to have your concerns listened to and rectified by Southern Medical Group. Due to what I read, I might be banned by the whole group for speaking about what I feel is negligence or callousness. That is a risk I have to take because I am more upset about the mistreatment I have experienced under his care.

This is the worst Cardiology office I have even been to. There is no concern for patients life at all. 2 weeks ago dur9ng a stress test my heart stopped. To this day this group has shown no concern except to say I need a pacemaker urgently. Yet no pacemaker. I am forced to move to Orlando to receive proper care plus concern.

I can't rate their primary care because I was never able to get an appointment with any of their doctors. When I first called, I sat on hold for 50 minutes, and when staff finally answered, they said I'd have to be put in as a new patient and that would take "10-15 days to process." They said they'd reach out to schedule my appointment after they "transition to a new scheduling system." No one in their office called me back. Three weeks went by and when I called again, after sitting on hold for 40 minutes, they told me that they were still processing my request to see if one of their doctors would be "willing to see me." Again, they said they'd call me back. So they say they're taking new patients and they accept my insurance, but they and their doctors can decide if they don't want to provide care for you and just never schedule.
