Dr. Andres Vargas was wonderful. He took his time to listen and speak to my daughter. The appt didn't feel rushed at all. He has a wonderful "bed-side manner". He did a thorough exam and addressed our concerns.
About Dr. Andres Vargas Estrada, MD
Dr. Vargas received his Doctorate of Medicine at Universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador. He completed his Residency at Louisiana State University, Shreveport, LA. He completed Fellowships in both Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA. Additionally, he completed a Fellowship In Advanced Interventional Endovascular Disease at Cardiovascular Institute of the South, Houma, LA. His certifications include Vascular and Endovascular Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. He currently practices at Southern Medical Group, P.A., and holds privileges at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.

Dr. Vargas took care of me on Sept 11, 2023, this guy is amazing. He reminded me very much of Dr. Wayne B. Batchelor. His bedside manner was priceless. Was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks for bypass surgery. Dr. Vargas and his assistant (I think) came and checked on me almost every day. It's been almost a year since the surgery now and time got away from me. Wanted to do this review a long time ago. My heavenly father put me in the right place at the right time.
