Front desk staff is terrible and worst run business. Should find a front desk lady who isn't scared to death to be around people. Makes you go to bathroom and wash hands before you touch pen. Doesn't understand ordinances and denies service when illegal to under ordinances. Questioned what my medical exemption was despite me stating they can't and then they denied service despite ordinance stating they can't deny service for medical mask exemption. Front desk lady went in back complaining non stop saying I can't be around anyone who doesn't wear a mask. The phone rang about 5-6 times and she never came up to answer them. After 20 minutes comes out and says I have to leave because the city ordinance says I need a mask??? Brandon office is run a million times better.
