Dr. Burhaan Ahmad, MD

Dr Ahmad's office is unprofessional, staff are rude. The nurses take days to call you back if they even call you back. Dr. Ahmad says one thing his nurses says another. The office is small and dirty. I was only there for two visits and will not return... reply to owner: untrue not one time did a nurse or dr tell me or explain anything very unprofessional. I am glad I have found a place that meets my health needs. Patients will soon find out the truth about your office... Update: Dr Ahmad's office completely canceled my medicine and canceled me as a patient when he sent me a certified letter stating he will be my dr for 30 days. He knew I had an appt Tuesday. I will be reporting his license to the medicine board and finding a lawyer.. you can not treat people that way when you lack communication with your patients. I've never spoke to a nurse and Dr Ahmad never said their was a problem until I received a letter still no one told me what I did wrong until he posted on my Google review. Unprofessional and unethical. He is mad about my Google review I could take photos of his office but they will kick me out. He maliciously canceled my medical medicine wait until I take this to the medical board and call a lawyer.

I use to really like Dr Ahmad as my primary but now when I go to him for help, he does nothing... I appreciated him that he put me on phentermine to help lose some weight but after 2 yrs of being on them , I'm having really bad withdrawals... I get I can't be on them forever but they are addicting and he didn't bother to ween me off of them, he just cut me off cold turkey... it depleted my dopamine and serotonin a long with a lot of vitamins that your body needs... I've asked for his help but he does nothing... when I needed something different for my depression, instead of helping me find something that suitable for me, he wants to push me off on a psychiatrist to do something that he could do himself... Again, he did nothing to help me... he is also doing the same thing to my husband... my husband has been waiting over two months for him or his staff to OK our pharmacy to go ahead and fill a prescription for him to help him lose weight and they just refuse to do it and Dr. Ahmad is the one that prescribed it... my husband has also called the prescription line to get some of his prescriptions filled and again no response by them or the pharmacy getting those refills... that being said, in the beginning, it's all good with Dr. Ahmad and his staff, but after a while they get where they don't like you or if you're asking too much from them they ignore you so be aware and don't expect too much from this doctor because he will push you off when somebody else to do his job

Dr Ahmad & everyone that works there, from the front desk to the person that draws blood, are very kind, personable & helpful.

They cannot come better than that! He is great, caring and with compassionate care.

This primary care physician is knowledgeable and attentive.
