Dr. Heron is a member of a Cardiology group that I've been to before. My doctor retired so the group appointed me to see him. I wasn't happy after the appointment because I felt it was an impersonal visit. He discussed my test results, put me on a different medication without discussing any side effects which could occur. I told him that I had bad side effects recently with prescription eye drops, which did not prompt any questions from Dr. Heron. I'm not going back.
Check in was easy, And wait time was less than 15 minutes. The nurse checking me into the office was kind, professional and patient. I had no issues with this office or visit. Dr Heron was not in a rush an took care of all my questions.
The Dr. Heron is wonderful and so is his nurse. The check out girl with short blond hair I would rate her a 2 out of 10.
Dr. Heron and staff are always pleasant and professional. I enjoy my visits at both the Stuart office and the Port St. Lucie site.
