I have been seeing Dr. Nirmalan for almost 20 years. Right out of the gate I told him that I did not want to be referred out for every little problem so I love that he is able to manage all my care and I have a really had to see a specialist for anything! In fact, I see his wife for my gynecological care and she's great also! I have referred six friends, whom all are very grateful to have him as their physician, for the same reasons that I am. His knowledge is not theoretical as you find with most new physicians and nurse practitioners. His knowledge is based on years of practice and practical application, combined with evidence based medicine allows him to provide the best care to his patients.I won't see another primary care!

Very Pleased with Dr N's knowledge overall and his taking his time with you. Have been going to him for more than 5 years. I have called and gotten friends in almost instantly with serious medical issues (1 cancer) who could not get into another office for weeks. He stayed late on a Friday to diagnose the cancer patient and was able to her into see one of the best Urologists in the Bay area and then the Urologist was able to get her into see one of the best robotic surgeons the following day. Her kidney cancer was surgically removed in 5 days and she is cancer free 2 years later. Had she waited weeks to see another Doc., no telling the outcome. I also referred my daughter to him and she really likes him. Thanks Doc, Scott

I'm really glad I came to SAI medical care. Dr. Ravuri is very sweet and listens to my concerns. She motivates me to do better to improve my health. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Ravuri as your PCP.
