Called to make an appointment and was put on hold to see if they accepted my insurance. After minutes of being on hold someone new answers and said "how can I help you" when I have already asked my question. I then asked again if my insurance was accepted and the lady said "yes, but what's wrong with you" I have a toothache... of coarse I'm having lung issues. Why else would I call a lung doctor?!? Then the lady on the phone continued with attitude. "Well I will need to you get your insurance card out and imma tell you now we don't have availability till August". I won't be going here just because of the interaction over the phone. You can't hire well mannered, polite people behind the desk, that tells me a lot.
