I was very impressed with the office staff and parking was a breeze considering it's located at the hospital. Dr Ertel is incredibly patient and understanding of the medical issues I had brought for him to see and got me on the right track to finding specialists since I hadn't been to a primary care in quite some time. Really happy with the experience and very glad to have him as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Ertel is very thorough with his assessment and the discussion of the reasons for my visit. He is an excellent listener, very knowledgeable about all the current guidelines regarding my target numbers for my lab results and an excellent advocate for my treatment plan when it involves other healthcare professionals.

Dr Ertel is outstanding. He listens to and addresses all concerns and questions. No suggestions for improvement. Our waiting time was minimal and everyone in this office is extremely pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I are very pleased to have Dr Larry Ertel as our primary care doctor. He is a good listener and intelligent doctor. We are thankful we found him and highly recommend him.
