I work at another doctors office and i'm telling you i've had to cancel several patients because we didn't get our required documentation signed. I have called every day over and over and over again for almost 2 months and I've only actually spoken to someone twice who was very blunt and who assured me they'd get it done, then didn't follow through with getting the documents signed. If your policy is requiring authorizations or clinical forms signed, id beware.

Worst experience ever!!!Frontoffice is HORRIBLE! I was given an appointment, the day before noone called to confirm so I called and was told yes, I am on the schedule for the next day. I took a day off of work and arrived at the office to a locked door. Rang the bell , noone opened. I called and a very snappy employee informed me she did not have me on the schedule. ??? She the yelled at me she "could see me, but not now!!". Wow. No thanks!! I took a day off for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! She did not offer to double check or even look in the computer to see if they made a mistake and put me down for another day etc. I'm actually glad this happened, I do not wanna be a patient at an office like this!

Dr. Hernandez was my husband's primary care physician for 25 years. A wonderful caring man who goes out of his way to care for his patients. Each patient has the Dr.'s full attention. I am so grateful for Dr and Angela

I love him and his wife I love the office and he understood what I was going thru and I miss having him as my doctor.

I like the color scheme of the building
