As a retired St. Petersburg physician, the decision to chose Dr.Owen to operate on my heart was an easy one. His skill and expertise as a surgeon in combination with his excellent post-op care along with his superb team ranks him at the top of his profession. In addition I was also very much impressed by the care given by the entire nursing staff and physical therapists during my stay in the Northside CVICU.
