Dr. Turner and the Bayfront Orlando Health team were exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and they took their time to make sure I was fully aware and informed at every step--from taking my weight to the checkout process. I also appreciated that as I asked questions and built genuine connection, they responded with even more care, clarity, and attentiveness. Their professionalism and compassion made the entire experience feel thorough and reassuring.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. My appointment started right on time, and Dr. Turner's medical assistant was such a pleasure to work with--she explained everything clearly and made me feel cared for on a personal level. Dr. Turner herself was wonderful. She took her time reviewing my prior test results with me, helping me better understand cardiac conditions and risk factors. She also explained my testing options thoroughly and let me be part of the decision-making process, which was so refreshing. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in my care. Dr. Turner is my new cardiologist, and I plan to stay with her for as long as possible!
My first time meeting Dr. Turner. I can say she was a great listener and answered all my concerns and questions. She spent time with me and I could tell she cares about my heart health and my mental and overall health. I will return annually to see her. Knowing I'll see her next year, will help me improve my health and continue with better habits and my 'get fit' path.
Dr. Turner is a wonderful Cardiologist. She really listens to you. Any and all questions you may have she takes her time to explain them so you can understand what she is saying with out a doubt. I am thankful for having her as one of my Specialists. I do recommend her. She has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Turner always answers all of my questions and concerns, I feel lucky to have found her. Sophia was very sweet and informative. Curtis is a lovely assistant, friendly and helpful. This is a very well run office.
