I'm really disappointed with the lack of attention from Dr. Malik after my surgery. I scheduled two follow-up appointments with him. For the first one, he didn't show up -- I was seen by a nurse who honestly didn't help me at all. She didn't seem confident in what she was telling me, and I left confused about whether or not I should continue taking my medication.
At the second appointment, I was seen by another doctor -- a young physician who was very polite, but clearly doesn't have the same level of experience as Dr. Malik , who is a specialist in cardiology and the one who actually performed my surgery.
It's really frustrating not being able to count on the doctor who operated on you for proper post-op care. What's strange is that before the surgery, Dr. Malik gave me all the attention I needed -- and after that, I haven't been able to see him at all.
I'm not questioning his skill -- the surgery went very well -- but I am questioning the lack of follow-up care and attention for his patients afterward. That has been really disappointing.

Dr Malik performed a pulse filed ablation on me almost a year ago. I was unable to work before the procedure and now I feel awesome. I am very grateful to get my life back.

Dr. Banthia was great and I have no complaints about her! However, the office staff is disorganized and unprofessional. They are also not transparent with billing as I received a $200+ bill for the visit and a $200+ bill for the lab, not being told I'd receive two bills or that they were separate companies. You can imagine my surprise when I paid one only to be told I still owe. I was thinking I paid a fraudulent company! It would be very simple for them to explain upfront how the patient should be expecting to be billed and what the other company's name even is.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mathew since early 2013. Along with his outstanding education, experience and background, I find Dr. Mathew extremely compassionate and caring. He is easy to talk to, listens to everything I say and relates his thoughts in a manner that I can understand. I have complete faith and confidence in Dr. Mathew and have recommended him to many of my friends.
