Dr. Milford spends time. He asks questions and allows time for your questions. He is humble, up to date on the latest technology, and personable. He consults with you and your family. He researches on the spot - asking my husband for his phone so that he can look at data tracked. Super awesome. I will take a doctor that understands how to research for the most comprehensive answer on the spot any day. No arrogance here...just really thoughtful care.
I agree wholeheartedly with the other 5 star reviews. Dr Milford is bright, caring, and knowledgeable. He gets to the root cause of problems and uses modern medicine to benefit the patient. He is thoughtful and listens. His dedication to his profession is obvious. I have never had a better doctor.
Dr. Milford, through his diagnosis, swift action and follow through in every step of my procedure I am here today to be able to tell the story. After numerous tests all came back as "normal", my primary care physician, Dr. Powell, recommend a CT scan and referred me to Dr. Milford, a cardiologist at IMG. Dr. Milford, despite Covid admissions peaking in Florida, strongly urged me to move forward with the recommended plans for a procedures which ultimately led to an insertion of two stents. It was a life saving move in time and my recovery period has been excellent. Dr. Milford is a very skilled, personable young cardiologist who recognized the severity of my case. His calming ways earned my confidence and trust. He swiftly proceeded with all the arrangements and followed up with me every step of the way. I am extremely proud of this man being my doctor and I owe him a great deal of gratitude.
After going to see him 4 years ago for a second opinion he became my primary heart doctor almost instantly. His knowledge , Experience and honesty and his treatment with results is very impressive. I cannot say enough good about Dr Milford.
I have only seen Dr. Milford one time and was impressed by him. However, 2 to 3 consecutive appointments have had to be rescheduled because of waiting times approximately 2 to 3 hours. The office staff is incompetent and when I asked for information about wait times they told me they did not know. Subsequently, I asked to speak with the office manager who also had a negative attitude. I asked if they would please send me the results of my blood work after I rescheduled again. They told me the bloodwork results are discussed during the appointment. It is my understanding I am entitled to the results as I pay for them. Several days later I received a letter telling me I would no longer be a patient and to find another doctor who is not in Intercoastal Medical Group. I will happily move on!
