This office has the nicest, most professional team I've ever encountered. Everyone in the practice, from the man at the front desk who met me with polite conversation when I came in at 645 on a cold February morning, to the nuclear techs who joked with me about having too many items of clothing with team logos on them and the status of NASCAR, to the office staff who was kind enough to call and let me know in advance that I hadn't met my deductible before the procedure so there weren't any surprises, to the lady at the check out window, is very kind, efficient, and professional. I was really impressed. I also wanted to add that this practice does an excellent job of getting you in and out and minimizing wait times. Their office is also clean as can be, and is very COVID conscious. I hope the physicians in the practice see this and take the time to let their team know how much people notice, and appreciate, their kindness and professionalism
