I wanted to let everyone know that our experience with the 3rd floor Staff for Urologisy was a Fantastic experience for having to be in the Hospital. From dietary to all Nursing Staff was Wonderful. They were Kind, Caring and Efficient with My Husband's Care. The Head Nurse was Amazing and she Knows how to Direct Her staff the way a Floor should be Run. From our Doctors in Urology to the Nephrologist....we would never choose another Hospital. Thank You All for the Fantastic and Phenomenal Care you gave myseld and my Husband. Your Professionalism and Honoring those that you serve in the Community makes me remember that there is still Kindnes in the World. Thanks Again. Sincerely Lisa and Brian Pape

We went into the ER for my son who was very ill, he had been sick for two weeks, zero answers from other hospitals. This hospital is amazing, they were quick and thorough, labs and all, it was straight to the point. We left very impressed and my son recovered very quickly, after knowing what was wrong and getting the care he needed. The nurses and doctors are very caring and helpful, they answered all of our questions. -Thank you!

Probably the cleanest most comfortable experience I've had in a hospital. My nurse Val (really hope I remembered her name correctly...) was the best I've ever had. She was sweet and gentle and talked to me the whole time and made me very comfortable. I was surrounded by professionals who were knowledgeable and careful and made me feel at ease. And who also asked me 612 times "what is your name and date of birth and what are we doing today" just to make sure they weren't giving me a vasectomy or cutting out my brain. You have to appreciate how careful they are. Even waking up in PACU was pleasant and gentle. Can't wait to go back!

To the Surgical Services Team, ICU Team and 3rd floor Urology Team in the Bilheimer tower, thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my mother during her recent surgery in the hospital. Your skill, warmth, speedy reaction meant everything to her recovery. I am so grateful for every single one of you. Typically, when coming for a procedure everyone is nervous and afraid. But from the beginning I felt very secure and safe. From the security as you enter the front door, to front desk to the admitting person to the escort to the procedure room. Then Greg to over and prepared me for my procedure. To the doctors and nurses in the procedure room then to Eric who prepared me to go home. In today's environment this type of support is very unusual but is highly appreciated. Please commend and thank all your employees and please maintain this wonderful and appreciated experience. William Pope
