Front office is very efficient. Didn't keep me waiting, got me into the exam room and through initial checks quickly. Personnel were friendly and efficient. Saw Dr. Sunjic within minutes. Found him to be very knowledgeable of my concerns even though this was my first time at this facility. Dr. Sunjic explained exactly what was going on and what additional information was needed. Ran through the tests they would want to run and spent time just answering any questions I had. Just found him very easy to work with and was quite at ease with him. Only real downside to this experience was the parking situation. That's a problem with the overall facility. They seem bound and determined to make people use the valet parking and even if you choose to do that, you are going to have to sit in line for who knows how long until it's your time to turn your vehicle over to the valets. Entrance to the facility is crowded with people dropping off cars, waiting for their vehicle, trying to get into the facility, etc. So, in short, the practice and Dr. Sunjic are great - parking and getting into and out of the facility itself is a huge pain.
