I have been a patient with Royal Palm Beach Medical Group since 2015, and as an Army veteran, I truly value the care and professionalism they have consistently provided. They have always been attentive to all of my medical needs and offer same-day appointments, which shows their dedication to patient care. My current primary care physician, Dr. Jean Robert Celicourt, has supported me throughout the years with exceptional medical advice, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being. The entire team at Royal Palm Beach Medical Group is outstanding--always thorough, accommodating, and detail-oriented. As a veteran, I deeply appreciate their commitment and the quality of service they provide. Dr. James Benson was exceptional I was in and out. He was clear and concise very professional, the office is nice and clean. The most important thing is I was there and not crowded at all literally one patient was there and gone before I made it out of the waiting room. Awesome job it's only my first visit.

Not organized and incompetent. What blows my mind is that you guys had my insurance info for a few weeks now and even rescheduled my visit. Upon arriving and driving 30 minutes to your commercial location, as well as waiting; I get told my insurance isn't accepted....im. It sure how hard it is to do, wait it's not hard. I do admissions for work. That is the first thing you do when getting on the phone with a new client. Yet somehow your team neglected that, wasted my time, and now I'm scattering to get meds filled because of this neglect. I can only imagine what else goes on here if that is the experience prior to even seeing a doctor. Thanks for putting me in a worse state and wasting my time.

The best of the best. I've been to several primary care providers none as great as this office. The staff is warm and welcoming, informative and very accommodating. Love their service. Highly recommend!

Very professional. Quick to attend to their patients. I had lots of questions and the doctors were more than happy to answer all of them to make sure I was as informed as possible with everything. Definitely recommend
