St. Joseph's Hospital- South

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I checked in, every staff member was kind, welcoming, and truly made me feel cared for. The check-in team was patient and helpful, the techs and nurses were incredibly attentive, and the anesthesiologist made sure I felt safe and informed. My doctor and surgical team were outstanding,professional, compassionate, and reassuring every step of the way. Going into surgery can be overwhelming, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make the process smooth and comforting. I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my surgery and recovery. Highly recommend this hospital.

Thank God I have had a great experience with St.Joseph's, when I went in a few weeks ago the girls were super kind with me Made me feel heard &seen! Also recently I went in for my daughter who is 3 years old and Dr.Kayla I believe was her name and the other nurses who helped her out that day, did such an amazing job helping my daughter with her stuck earring! They truly are good at what they do!!

Myself and my daughter entered the ER very ill and were expedited through a intake process that was thorough but not daunting. ALL the staff were extremely professional and kind!! The ER waiting room and rooms we visited were so clean and well maintained. Cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were!! At every level they genuinely wanted to care for your wellbeing. The only complaint I have is that I wish we had a hospital of this caliber in our hometown.

I am not a great patient - I fear needles and rarely seek medical intervention. The nurses and staff at South St Joseph's were amazing! Everyone was very sensitive, understanding, professional, and extremely well skilled. From the pre-op surgery testing office, the outpatient surgery center, the nurses on the floor, and even the nutrition team - everyone was outstanding!

Super nice people but I don't get why you have so much security at the door! Complete overkill to say the least. I set for around 4 hours in the ER just to get some stitches in my finger. They finally came and took me to the pediatric wing to stitch me up because there weren't many kids that night. Even then they said they would be right back after numbing my finger and by the time they came back the numbness was wearing off, so I had them stitch it up without re-numbing it.
