This office is extremely organized and efficient. The staff is wonderful and care very much about their patients. Dr. Upadhyay is simply one of the best Dr's. ever. My Mom has been going to him 15+ yrs. He has a genuine care and concern regarding her health and has always been a available if we had questions or needed anything. You can't find a kinder pulmonologist.

In the 7 years i have used your practice I have been seen by, Pablo Tirado, Dr. Paul, Dr. Amed, Dr. Upadaya and Aleithe Alvarez. Out of all of these years, and all of these doctors that I have been seen by at your practice only one actually did anything for my health and that was Dr. Upadaya! I fill out all the paperwork and why? No one reads it! They see me every 6 months or more and they remember nothing about me. I know other people who have Dr's that remember personal things about their patients. Your institution needs a do over. The new building is nice too bad your Dr's aren't so great!

I do not recommend scheduling appts with Karen Dyer, PA. Karen Dyer has no bedside manner, she's rude, disconnected from others perspective, abrasive in her tone when she was speaking to pts and lacks empathy. She demonstrated a dismissive and unprofessional demeanor, showed little regard for my health concerns and failed to provide compassionate patient centered care. She did not attempt to listen to me or acknowledge my perspective. I usually see another physician in the practice, which I have a positive experience every time, however, he was not available, so was offered an appt with her. The biggest mistake I've ever made. I filed a verbal and formal complaint with the Patient Advocate team and the Practice Manager. Other than that, the administrative staff is absolutely wonderful.

Office staff was friendly. Check-in was easy wait time was great when we were back to the exam room the medical assistant, taking notes and vitals and asking questions. Didn't listen to what I was saying and I had her stopp a couple of times. The doctor was great listened to what I had to say answered my questions thoroughly and was very respectful from where I was coming from. I would recommend this provider to other others.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr. Paul Acevedo and his team @ HCA Florida St. Lucie Medical. My wife, son and I recently moved from Pennsylvania to the PSL Area and needed to find a neurologist for our son James. I couldn't be more pleased to find this practice and meet the staff. Dr Acevedo as well as his staff were so pleasant during our appointment and spent the time to get to know our son and read over his medical history. A very relax atmosphere. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a neurologist.
