Florida Heart Center At St Lucie

This place is pathetic! The office staff never return phone calls. They can't even manage to change an appointment without a faxed report from your physician and then they won't ever acknowledge that they received one. It has to be faxed again and you hope and pray that maybe this time they'll acknowledge it before you keel over from a heart attack. To be in a practice that's literally dealing with patients who are possiblin life and death situations with heart problems and then never ever follow through on any phone calls is beyond unimaginable. I have called at least seven times and at least four different people trying to get a response about a fax. All you do is leave message after your message and no one ever responds. I'm checking in to see about the possibility of malpractice.

Please do not go to this place. If by chance you have an appointment with Dr. Oliver Lawrence run away. This person is not honest and tries to perform tests and procedures that you do not need. On the other hand, this Institute will not give you the images so you will never know the truth about your condition. Avoid this place.

I bought my grandfather out here for his appointment for a stress test and we should up 10 mins before his appointment time and they still got him in late as heck its ridiculous there was nobody in the front window when we arrived and then being seen and they walk right past and didnt say anything I had to say hello like 5 times for someone to come to the front I do not recommend this place at all people that showed up after him left before him smh never again I'll make sure to find him a different doctor office and it's true they don't answer their phones I calle before coming and they had my on hold for about 20 mins before I just hung up and just came out here

I had a referral to this place but it took them a week to verify my benefits. I was told they would call me back by the end of day but it ended up being over a week. Grateful because in that time I was able to do my due diligence and the reviews combined with a close friends personal experience told me everything I need to know. Run. Not a very good look for a cardiologist center.

Very disappointed with their service. My cardiologist talks down to his patients and acts overwhelmed and irritated. He gives you the vibe he does not have time to talk to you and dare you to ask him too many questions. The secretary at the front desk takes note of his behavior because she acts the same way. I will not be going back.
