Advanced Cardiology: Ashraf S Elsakr, MD

This is a very personal review, I want to thank Dr. Elsakr for saving my mother's life. He has been absolutely wonderful with her and she is still under his care years later. I cherish every extra day I have with her! Thank you again Dr. Elsakr

Dr. Elsakar is the man. He is one of those glaring beacons that illuminate what health care in this country could have been. Highly likeable, personable, caring and knows his art/science extremely well. I can't recommend him enough. Great Cardiologist and staff; what's not to like? In every regard he should be your go-to doc.

I didn't want to ruin your star rating but I did want to post about Brittany who is so rude at the front desk that I can't get an appointment. She doesn't understand or care to look at a referral that was sent there and I have confirmation of You receiving it and then waiting so patiently for a week for a call back to make an appointment and no I will not be in the system because I'm a new patient. It's sad that I know that and the person running your front desk doesn't, instead she would rather argue with me instead of going to look. So thank you Brittany for making such a nerve wrecking issue into something even more stressful. It's really easy to be nice to someone while you put them on hold and go look to see that my referral has been sitting there since Wednesday.

Dr Elsakr is personable, brilliant, & takes time for his patients. Therefore you get great personalized care, which matters to me. That being said, be prepared to wait at appointments. He's worth it!

Dr Elsakr has treated me and my wife for several years, he has saved my life at least twice. He is patient and the most thorough doctor I have ever none. I recommend Advanced Cardiology with out reservations.
