Usually a wait time. Dr. Elsakr is well worth the wait! He's been my doctor for many years and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Totally dedicated to your health!

My husband had his first appointment at 10am this morning. We arrived at 9:50am and the only other person in the waiting area had been seen and left by 10:10am. At 10:30am we went to the window to inquire as to when we would be seen and were told, "We're running a little behind this morning but there's no hurrying here." We promptly left. We weren't asking anyone to hurry. Making someone wait 30 mins without so much as an acknowledgement shows a complete lack of respect for your client's time; and if this is a common practice at this office they may want to reevaluate their processes. This NEVER happens at our PCP, my OBGYN, or our dentist. Do better.
