Dr. Harsh Patel is an excellent cardiologist with impressive depth of knowledge. He always takes time to fully explain everything and to answer all questions. Staff are friendly and competent.

Doctors Hiren Patel is thorough and spends time with you. He is caring and capable. I highly recommend him.

I get to my appointment at 230 pm appointment (I respect the time of our medical professionals) for a 2:45 on Monday March 25th to get my results from my echocardiogram results. The nurse came in the room and provided the results. The doctor didn't even come in to the room to see me until after 4:00. the doctor didn't even say hello. He gets verbally abusive towards me and the nurse in the office for 20 minutes. When I expressed to him that I didn't appreciate how he was speaking to her and me I told him I waited 2 1/2 hours I told I've been here on time he yelled at me and walked out of the room and I did not get to see my doctor that I had been waiting weeks to see for weeks. He told me he's wasting a lot of time on me. That is when I got up to walk out of the room The nurse was calm and so was I but she said stay. I stayed. "Doctor" Hiren Patel left. I am a heart patient it is already stressful enough to have a heart condition let alone wait a couple of hours or a couple of weeks for your appointment for your test results only to be yelled at and verbally abused by my cardiologist who not only walked out of the room but I did not get the answers and the treatment I was expecting. Not only do I demand that my $100 copay be refunded immediately I requested that all of the tests and billing and money be refunded this doctor is incompetent and has some serious mental health issues that he needs to address before he can take care of people that have severe heart conditions. I want this refunded to my account immediately I do plan on contacting my insurance company to let them know as well. Also, the first time I saw him he runs into the room and says I don't know you. He also starts on another nurse. She is no longer with him. In addition, my girlfriend drove me to my appointment. he made my girlfriend take off her cap. I warn all ladies to NOT see him. The walls are thin there. He treats his staff like children. I feel sorry for them. My girlfriend says he's misogynistic My girlfriend drove me to my appointment. Dr. Patel, this is not 1954 anymore and you can't talk to people like that. P.S. he said he's wasting HIS TIME. WHAT? At the end of the day, I never got my print out of my results. Also I never had cardiopomyopothy. I moved back to Illinois and my cardiologist told me he doesn't see it

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rose Marie McCafferty, APRN. She was rude and dismissive, making me feel like a burden. She showed little interest in addressing my concerns, cutting me off mid-sentence multiple times and making it clear she wasn't listening. Her demeanor came across as condescending, she gave curt responses. Instead of providing guidance, she seemed irritated by my inquiries, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unproductive. A healthcare provider should be compassionate and supportive, but unfortunately, Rose Marie McCafferty lacked both qualities. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a respectful and helpful medical professional.
