Dr Urbandt is absolutely amazing. Very attentive doctor and he actually takes time to speak to his patients and answer all of their questions. Heather is so sweet and very helpful. Donna on the other hand has to worst customer service. She always loses my referrals and she is very disrespectful to patients. If it was not for Dr Urbandt and Heather I would never set foot in that office again. Due to my interactions with Donna and how rude she is I have to give 4/5 stars because she sours the entire experience.
