Absolutely unacceptable treatment. Husband went to the hospital for atypical chest pain, after a CT of his heart...MD decided he needed an cardiac cath. Did not bother coming to see us and explain what he was going to do. After he told my husband in PACU that he took out plaque he didn't bother explaining anything to him or his wife. Discharged his patient at 10:30 at night without post intervention instruction. The intervention report does not reflect what the patient was told and the pain is all gone! Now he is having complications and they are washing their hands of it and will not even see him. Disgusting service.

Literally saved my life, had a stress test and ultra sound and ekg with a holy cross cardiologist, then , thanks to my wife's insistence I had a heart calcium test. Score was over 2600, range is 0-400. Holy cross Dr said double statin and see me in 3 months, NOT acceptable. Went to see Dr Chaleff, he examined me was incredible. He ran a catheter into my heart and found 99% blockage in the widow maker, said I was lucky to still be alive. Had triple bypass surgery immediately. Thank you Dr Chaleff and 1 yr later doing great

If I could give this office a 0 star I would and understand this is NOT a reflection of the Doctors' ability to be attentive and connect with his patients but more so to do with the ones answering the phones and dealing with people upon arrival at the front desk. I was warned about the front desk staff and their lack of attention to detail and lack of customer service but as with anything I don't let the opinions of others determine my direction. However here we are. The incompetence is unreal and the lack of follow up and follow through is something else to speak of. 4 calls in one day - put on hold each time for over 10 mins. The constant apology for being misinformed yet no urgency in solutions to remedy the issues they create. Let's keep in mind this is a cardiologist's office so if you have any pressing issues they will only add to the stress of it all before you even get the opportunity to be seen. Dr Chaleff himself is a great doctor but unfortunately with people like DD and others it can deter people from giving him the opportunity to be their Doctor of choice. As another reviewer mentioned - they could get more stars if they had better front desk people

I just started seeing Dr. Challef and the care he and his staff provides is exceptional. EKG, Echo, Stress Test, etc. were all handled by terrific professionals. The front desk person has been the only challenge, however. Make sure you don't leave without getting all apts made and all instructions needed before walking out the door because you won't get a promised call, a call-back or even a voicemail (as show by my phone records). Also received multiple incorrect apt reminders and cancellations via email (very stressful). It's unfortunate because the care provided is SO great - but getting access to it from an inadequate front desk person is an unnecessary obstacle - including scheduling the wrong type of stress test once she finally followed through. All others in the practice have been A++. If they had a better front desk person, I'd give them 10 stars.

Great staff. Made you feel welcomed. Sister went to Physical Therapy, fixed her up in 6 weeks.
