Dr. Aref is a wonderful doctor. Coming from Advent Health in Brandon, my prior doctor retired and I wanted to find someone closer. Dr. Aref is very professional and listens attentively. He's a straight shooter with an empathetic approach. I can usually get in very quickly and wait times are minimal. He is also available for remote visits when needed. Dr. Aref is a great doctor and I've known him well before he had his own practice. As for his front desk staff they are rude and extremely disrespectful. They talk to you like your and idiot. My roommate and myself have since changed Doctors for this very reason. I just only hope that he gets control over his staff before he loses many more patients. I really hated that we had to change.
