Dr. Ann Threatte was a BREATH OF FRESH AIR after my last POOR EXCUSE FOR A "DR.!" She is SOO PLEASANT & EASY TO TALK TO, she now has an indefinite patient!! I just ADORE her!! FINALLY, a Doctor I'm happy with whom I feel I can trust %!! 5+ stars across the board!! Wendy @ the front desk is ALSO SUPER PLEASANT & their nurse (Melissa i believe? I have a traumatic brain injury so remembering is HARD for me) is AMAZING at prior auth's and getting things processed IMMEDIATELY!! I'm happier than I've been in DECADES it seems!!

This Dr is amazing and it's so easy to get an appointment. Here staff is great from the time you check in to (Melissa) is amazing nurse to check out. I changed a new PCP and I'm so glad I found this new Dr. the office is cute and small but don't let that size fool you because the care you get is amazing. Dr. Ann Threatte.

Ann Threatte was great during my appointments! I felt heard by her and she helped me figure out my concerns. I recommended her to my friends in st Pete! The nurse that took care of me was also so great, made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. I plan to keep this place as my primary doctors office!

First, I'd like to say that up until last week I had nothing but positive experiences at this office. Dr Threatte is a great doctor who listens and treats you like a human being. I had an appointment with her last Friday, however when I arrived I was informed that she wasn't in and I'd be seeing a different doctor, a male named Dr Rodriguez. Had they bothered to call to ask me if that would be ok, I would never have agreed and would have rescheduled for a day when my doctor would be available. I only feel comfortable with female doctors. Dr Rodriguez was entirely unhelpful and refused to do what my doctor and I had agreed upon on my last visit. He told me I would need to speak with my doctor to receive the help I was there for in the first place. Additionally, I needed a prescription refilled and he called it in to some random pharmacy I had never been to way across town, as opposed to the one my doctor has called every other prescription into that I can walk to from my home. I was told a message would be left for my doctor and I would receive a call on Monday. No one called me. I called on Tuesday, spoke to a nurse, explained the situation, who told me the incorrect prescription was called in so asked if I needed to make another appointment to see my doctor to get the help I took off work for last week and she said she didn't know and transferred me to the front desk and told me to ask them. Again explained the situation and was told they didn't know if I needed another appointment or not and transferred me back to the nurse, who sent me to voicemail. I left a message and again received no call back. I called again Wednesday afternoon, explained the situation again, and was again informed I'd receive a call back which again never happened. On Thursday I received a notification from my pharmacy that I had a prescription ready, so I called them and they only had one (finally the correct one at least) and they said they could see Dr Rodriguez called the other one in to some other pharmacy. This is how I found out, from my pharmacy, not the doctors office. I once again called the doctors office and told them what happened. Instead of apologizing or listening or treating me at all like a person they once again just dismissed me. This has been an incredibly stressful experience. Obviously this office doesn't care so hopefully this helps others.
