I can't say enough good things about Dr. Langhorne and his team. From the very first visit, he has been attentive and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to really listen, (15+ pages sent from my PCP), explains things in a way that make sense, and never made me feel rushed. I also appreciate how proactive he is with testing and referrals, which has given me peace of mind and helped move my care forward. His nurse staff is equally wonderful--always responsive, kind, and professional. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such deep knowledge with genuine care for his patients, but Dr. Langhorne truly does. Highly recommend!

Dr. Langhorne dismissed my concern of labile blood pressure. He told me all I needed to do is take a 20 minute walk daily and that would fix the problem. No labs, tests, nothing. I almost died of a cardiac condition 3 months later, of a blood pressure that rapidly changed from 220/120, to 50/33. I was unconscious, etc. I am alive and did not have a major stroke due to a nurse who was nearby, who called 911. It was aclose call. I knew he was wrong. I never went back to him. It was actually a APRN at the hospital, who figured out the cause. Otherwise, under Dr. Langhorne, I might be dead now. I have been a nurse myself for 35 years, and I will NEVER recommend him due to his negligence in my case.i don't want anyone else to be neglected like that. It's very scary thinking he may have given this advice to others...I'm concerned about his patients health.

I really wanted to like this doctor, because he was recommended a few times. However, I'm not a fan of his approach. He's nice, but he's 1 of those that just throws medicine at you. I want to find the root of the issue & resolve it. They found out my heart had things going on & I asked about POTS & was simply told "idk" & given more medicine that has alot of interactions & side effects. I was also prescribed medicine that went against another doctor's treatment. They never even scheduled a follow-up to see if any of these meds were working. I had to repeatedly call the office because they weren't going to do my heart monitor at the hospital due to the office sending approvals to a doctor I no longer saw. When I had corrected them & their system 3x previously w/ the correct PC info. Thankfully the old PC approved it or it wouldn't have been sorted out any time soon. Overall, a mixed experience. I was happy to have proof that my heart is acting up, but nothing else about the situation was good. I got proof, but no answers... just a bunch of pills.
