I booked my appointment online & once I arrived, I didn't have to wait very long, at all. Took me right back & did my vitals & put me in the room. My NP Kristen was great! She gave me exactly what I needed to get well. I also like that I can get my prescriptions filled there @ First City Drugs. It's so convenient.
I booked my appointment online, but the clinic was 3 hours away. Not an issue for great care!!! I arrived a bit early, and was taken straight back. I was scene by Addison, who listened to my concerns and helped me talk through my reason for being there. I appreciate the great medical and CARE by this facility. Even doctors in my own area wouldn't listen to me, but this facility, and Addison, did.
I scheduled my Appointment for 9:15 yesterday morning with the ProHealth Clinic, assuming that because it was just a simple drug test I would be able to come in and do it before I had to go to work. I completed all my necessary paperwork online before coming in so that I could get in and out easily. I get there and the people were nice enough but I waited 45 minutes and still never got seen or was able to do my test. I had to reschedule otherwise I would be late for work. I was able to come back later that afternoon and get my test done in less than 30 minutes and I understand there are walk in's but what is the point in making an appointment if the appointment times can't be adhered to?
The team was sweet & I did feel that Dr Taylor actually listened & took what I was looking for seriously without judgment which is unusual so feeling you're heard makes a difference BUT you know there's usually a but & unfortunately there is and its not a personal one but a fearful one the sweet young lady drawing blood had difficulty so I look like I've been beaten because she had difficulty drawing blood out of both arms now the sweet girl that helped her did a wam bam thank ya ma'am & it was over. The 1st young lady will probably do great but she needs a little more practice or realizing the patients that may give her issues before they look like me. No shade being giving my overall experience is a 4 & I appreciate the job they do. Thanks Pro Health!
