Have called for 2 wks and went to the office once to see why I'm not getting called back. Left message for the office manager to call and never got a call back. Have stated in every message that the edema is getting worse and the medication isn't working. Also said I am worried about the meds cause I was told it very hard on your kidneys. I did speak with the referral dept and they told me a referral will take a few weeks. Never heard of that before. The only saving grace with this practice is Renee the triage nurse. She is wonderful!!
